Adoption Assistance, Inc. is a non-profit, Kentucky & Tennessee licensed child placing agency. They are dedicated to assisting children find their forever families, birthparents, birthparents in making an adoption plan and prospective adoptive parents build their family through adoption.
They are are dedicated to assisting people in the adoption process by conducting home studies, post placement reports, finalization services and providing domestic child placement. Adoption Assistance will place children for adoption from birth to age eighteen without regard to race, sex, religion or national origin.
We here at GOAT502MEDIA were thrilled to have the opportunity to work with such a wonderful company that is committed to such a noble cause. In just a couple months time we were able to drastically overhaul their website.

The objective
The goal on this project was to revamp their website to make it look more professional, yet caring and inviting. It needed to be simple and very user friendly, appealing to both prospective parents and women contemplating placing their child for adoption. It was also of vital importance to keep their current site live while the new one was being developed.
Executive Director, Julie Erwin, said that most prospective adoptive parents contact them and say, "We are interested in adopting but have no idea where to start.” She also went on to say that, "100% of our clients use the site to 1) gain info about adoption 2) apply online 3) do our online training." So it became very apparent to us how important it was for them to have a professional, detailed and user friendly website.

The outcome
After many hours of work, their goals were met and they were thrilled with the outcome! After just a few corrections to phrasing/copy and updating some old pictures, we were ready to push their new site live! We did the entire redesign while keeping their current site online and available to prospective users. There was no downtime or disruptions to the usability of the website. Besides visual appearance the website is now faster, easier to navigate and 100% mobile friendly.
